"I use vintage pieces and cicada wings in most of my work. These components are often flawed or show signs of age. This makes them even more special to me. Semi-precious stones are soldered with lead-free solder and treated with a patina so they have an aged look. Sterling is oxidized for the same reason. Nothing here is clean and perfect and mostly one of a kind."
