Shipping policy

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow one to two days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a small team and feel free to reach out if you have questions or need options for having items rushed.

LOCAL PICK UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup, available daily during standard store hours, Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm, and Sunday 12pm - 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you would prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the store to make arrangements. All items are recommended to be picked up within seven days of receiving your order is ready email. If longer is needed, please contact the store. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

SHIPPED ITEMS

We currently only ship domestically and are unable to provide international shipping at this time. Our standard shipping days are Monday and Friday. All items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of purchase. All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Shipping unless otherwise requested and or specified. Free shipping is offered for orders totaling over $150.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ladeda.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
