Online Orders Refund Policy (Shipped Orders)

Returns 

Submit a return request:

Click the profile icon at the top of the site, or go to our returns page, then request a return.

Log in to your account:

  1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is received at the store, you will be issued a refund minus the return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

You are welcome to ship from another carrier to save on costs if you prefer, and you will be refunded the full value of the item

Please email us at hello@ladeda.net right away to let us know if you would like to return an item. Full return or exchange will be issued for full-priced, non-consignment/resale merchandise returned within 7 days of the customer’s receipt of goods. All items must be in the original packaging and must not have been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Refunds will be processed once we have the item back in our shop. If you would like to exchange an item, we can issue you store credit once the item is received. Store credit will be issued for any item received after 10 days and within 30 days of the date received.

For orders purchased through payment plan platforms that offer split payments, i.e. ( Afterpay, Klarna, ShopPay pay in 4, Paypal pay in 4) we are only able to offer refunds in store credit.

We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, animal hair, alterations, and/or make-up within 7 days of purchase.

Items that are FINAL SALE include items 50% off or more, All consignment and resale items, items that had an extra discount code, worn items, and items altered in any way.

Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority). La De Da Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return.

Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 72 hours to process and credit your account. Online orders may be returned in-store. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please contact hello@ladeda.net

Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. By purchasing online with La De Da, Inc., you agree to the Return Policy stated here, on our website.
Additionally, La De Da, Inc. does not issue credit or refunds or reserve items for returns in transit and not yet received.

IN STORE PURCHASES & LOCAL PICKUP

La De Da Inc. accepts returns for store credit within 30 days of your in-store purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached accompanied by the original receipt. No Refunds. Store Credit only. All sale items are a final sale. All consignment and resale items are final sale.

Local/in-store pick-up orders are subject to our in-store return policy from the date of purchase not the date of pick-up. Customer is responsible for the collection of their items in a timely manner.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. If you receive any defective items* upon delivery please email La De Da, Inc. at hello@ladeda.net with pictures and details.

*Defective items MUST have tags attached in order to be replaced/refunded within our "Defective Items" Policy. 

Furthermore, La De Da, Inc. is NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting/ripping into packaging with scissors/razor blades, washing incorrectly, or improper removal of any tags.


[ LOST, STOLEN, or DAMAGED ITEMS DURING DELIVERY ]
La De Da, Inc. is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during delivery. Once the item leaves our location improper package handling is out of our control. All packages are insured and you can create a claim with the carrier on their website. Additionally, La De Da, Inc. is not responsible for returned packages or incorrect shipping addresses that are captured at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is accurate before order completion.
