How does it work?

When checking out in-store, you can provide the La De Da associate your phone number or email. The team member will gladly look up your account and ensure that you receive your points.

For online purchases, make sure you are logged in before you check out, and your purchases will automatically be credited to your account.

How does the points system work?

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Stardust members earn 1.5 points for every $1 (50% more) and Twilight members earn 2 points (100% more!).

Does it cost anything to be a member?

No โ€” enrollment in the Fantastical Frocks Club is a free program that offers you benefits for your love of shopping. It's that simple! Earn points every time you shop at La De Da and redeem points for discounts on any product or service

What are the rules of the program?

How long are points valid?

Points will expire at the end of the quarter one year after the date they were earned. Check your account rewardsl for the next expiration date.

Earning Points

How do boost points work?

Boost campaigns multiply points during a set period. For example, if you are informed of a Boost campaign from midnight on May 17th to midnight on May 18th, all orders placed within this timeframe will earn multiplied points. If you typically earn 1 point for every dollar spent, during the Boost campaign period, you will earn 4 points for every dollar spent, or whatever multiplier has been set for that period.

Note that this point multiplication applies only to the action of placing orders.

Do all my purchases count toward my points?

You can earn points on all our products, excluding consignment. However, gift cards, tips, shipping charges, discounts from coupons, taxes, charitable donations and fees are not eligible for earning points. See the Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.

When do my points appear in my rewards account?

  • For in-store purchases, you earn points immediately. (Unless our systems are down. In that case, we will process your points within 24 hours after your purchase.)
  • For online purchases, points will be credited to your account within 72 hours after your order has shipped.

How are points calculated?

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Stardust Members earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Twilight Members earn 2 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

How do I earn points online?

Make sure you are logged into your account on your account page at ladeda.net (the person icon at the top of the page). Then, make sure you're logged in when you make a purchase, and your points will be added to your Member account automatically when your items have shipped.

How do I earn points in store?

Every time you shop at La De Da, simply provide the team member with your registered phone number or email at checkout. The associate will gladly look up your account and ensure that you receive your points.

What happens to my points when I return an item?

Your points are deducted from your points balance.

How do I know if I have points expiring?

You can find the current number of points expiring in your account on ladeda.net Don't let your points expire. Shop Today!

My Rewards statement shows that I have a certain amount of points, but I know I've spent more than this. What should I do? Please contact our Guest Service teamย here, and they will assist you.

Managing Your Profile

Can I share my membership with a family member or friend?

No, the Fantastical Frocks Clubโ„ข account is individual and non-transferable.

Why do I need to add my email to my in-store profile?

Linking your email to your in store profile allows you to earn and redeem points on in store orders, as well as track your account status and points balance. You'll get the most out of our rewards when you link your Membership account to your profile.

I forgot my password to access ladeda.net What do I do?

During the sign-in process, click the "Forgot your password?" link. A new password will be sent to the email address associated with your online account.

Can I change my online profile user name/email?

Yes! Your email acts as your username and you can change your user email in your account section under โ€˜profileโ€™.

Enrollment

How do I enroll in the Fantastical Frocks Club program??

Online

  • If you do not have a La De Da online account: Click the rewards link on the bottom of the page. Click "Sign Up". Follow the steps to create an online account and join our Rewards program.
  • If you have an online account: Log in to your account and go to the rewards page. Follow the steps to Join our Rewards program.

In-Store

  • Ask our store associates. They'll happily enroll you in the program.

What information do I need to provide to join?

To receive all the benefits of Membership, you must provide your first name, mailing address (for coupons), phone number (to earn points in store) valid email address (to get offers, rewards and perks sent directly to you) and birthday (to get your birthday perks!).. Opting in to receive emails from La De Da and providing your birthday allows us to send you exclusive Member offers including a special perks during your birthday month.

Are there membership levels in the Fantastical Frocks Club program?

Yes. There are three main levels: Lunar, Stardust, and Twilight. Learn more about the Membership Benefits below.

Are there any requirements for becoming a member?

You must be at least 16 years old to enroll in the program.

Redeeming Points

How do I redeem my points in-store?

  • At checkout, ask the associate for your points balance. You can start redeeming when you have at least 100 available points.
  • Tell the associate how many points you want applied to your purchase.

How do I redeem my points online?

Make sure you are logged in on ladeda.net after that its very simple and straightforward. Just click on โ€œRewardsโ€ tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for, click โ€œApplyโ€ after redeeming points and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

What items do not qualify for point redemption?

Most products are eligible for point redemption. Consignment items, Gift cards, taxes, charitable donations and fees are excluded. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.

What emails will I receive as a Member?

By providing us with a valid email address, you agree to the Programs Terms & Conditions and you will receive key program benefits such as bonus point promotions, birthday gift, exclusive Lunar, Stardust & Twilight Member offers and other fabulous offers that are only available via email.
